Take advantage of the Eurail Youthpass. The Eurail Youthpass is a discounted pass for those who are under 26 years of age on or before their first day of rail travel. The Eurail Youth Pass is the most popular pass among students and backpackers.

The Eurail Youth Pass allows for unlimited rail travel in all the participating Eurail countries. The pass is available for 15 days, 21 days, 1 month, 2 months or 3 months of consecutive rail travel. Available in 2nd class only.

Conditions of use

The validity on the day of use runs from 0:00 hrs. to 24: hrs.
The Eurail Pass is strictly personal and not transferable. It is valid only if name and passport number of the holder are indicated and must be signed by the holder. Presentation of the passport is compulsory when asked for by a railway official charged with ticket inspection.
The holders themselves fix the first day of the period of validity and the date of use.
Before boarding the train, the date of use must be entered by the holder in ink or ballpoint pen in the column reserved for that purpose. Passengers who fail to comply with this provision or presenting tampered or altered or otherwise falsified Eurail Passes or Eurail Passes not made out to their name are to be treated as passengers traveling without valid tickets.
