| Conditions of use |

- The validity on the day of use runs from 0:00 hrs. to 24: hrs.
- The Greece Italy Railpass is strictly personal and not transferable. It is valid only if name and passport number of the holder are indicated and must be signed by the holder. Presentation of the passport is compulsory when asked for by a railway official charged with ticket inspection.
- The holders themselves fix the first day of the period of validity and the date of use.
- Before boarding the train, the date of use must be entered by the holder in ink or ballpoint pen in the column reserved for that purpose. Passengers who fail to comply with this provision or presenting tampered or altered or otherwise falsified Greece Italy Railpass or Greece Italy Railpasses not made out to their name are to be treated as passengers traveling without valid tickets.
- Children (ages 4-11 yrs). Pay half the adult fare.
- Children under 4 travel free.
- Youth age 12-25
- Saverpasses are discounted for 2-5 people traveling together.

Greece
- If your pass is valid in Greece and Italy, free ferry crossings from Patras and Igoumenitsa to Ancona and Bari (Italy) operated by ‘Superfast Ferries’ and Blue Star Ferries. High season surcharge: June and September: €10 per person; July and August: €20 per person. Port taxes are extra.
- 50% reduction on the standard passenger fares and cabin fares on the crossings from Patras, Igoumenitsa and Corfu to Brindisi (Italy), operated by HML (Hellenic Mediterranean Lines).
- No reduction on De-Luxe cabins. Ferries operate from mid-June to mid-September.
- 20% reduction on a one-day-cruise from Athens to the isles of Aegina, Poros and Hydra, operated by Ionian Travel. For reservations: (+30) 210 523 9609.
Italy
- Special passholder fare on Artesia (France-Italy) and Elipsos (Barcelona-Milan) trains.
- Free ferry crossings from Villa S. Giovanni to Messina (Sicily) operated by Trenitalia (standard class).
